The Flow Cytometry Unit at University of Helsinki integrates two flow cytometry facilities located at the Meilahti and Viikki campuses.
We offer state-of-art analyzing and sorting flow cytometers for use to university-associated and external researchers. As a customer you have the option to come for a training and become an independent user or order your run as a service (Request services). The Biomedicum Flow cytometry unit located at the Meilahti campus and hosts four sorters, two analyzers and a tissue homogenizator. At the Viikki Flow cytometry unit we have one cell sorter and two analyzers.
